1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to the Monkey in a Box Creator Portal. By accessing or using the portal, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the portal.
2. Eligibility and authorized access
The portal is a private management service for approved creators, agents, and administrators. You must use an authorized account, provide accurate information, and comply with applicable law and platform rules. Unknown or unapproved TikTok accounts are denied access by default.
3. Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding access to your devices and connected services. Do not share access, impersonate another person, bypass role restrictions, scrape the portal, or attempt to access another creator’s information. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. TikTok integration
The portal may use TikTok Login Kit and other approved TikTok capabilities. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok’s own terms and policies. We do not control TikTok and cannot guarantee the availability, completeness, or timing of TikTok-provided data.
5. Analytics and recommendations
Analytics, comparisons, priority scores, reports, and coaching recommendations are informational management tools. They may contain delays, estimates, or errors and do not guarantee audience growth, monetization, approval, or other results. You remain responsible for content and business decisions.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the portal to violate law or third-party rights; distribute malware; interfere with service operation; obtain unauthorized access; manipulate engagement; misuse creator data; or disclose confidential portal information without authorization.
7. Content and data
You retain rights you hold in content and information you lawfully provide. You grant us a limited right to host, process, analyze, and display that information solely to operate and improve the portal and provide authorized management services.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features; correct errors; impose reasonable limits; or revoke access when needed for security, compliance, operations, or violation of these Terms. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and effective date.
9. Disclaimers and limitation
The portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for portal access during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Termination
You may stop using the portal at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risk, loss of agency authorization, legal requirements, or discontinuation. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain effective.
